Real estate agent Dylan Spicer is a rising star in Orange County’s real estate market, and he is excited to help clients buy and sell properties in the place that he calls home. Born in Indiana, he grew up in Huntington Beach and has lived in the area ever since. He appreciates the endless opportunities presented by living in Orange County and values the region’s diversity. He looks forward to helping clients put down roots in the area.
 
Dylan is a hard working agent who is committed to growth and lifelong learning. During college, he worked in the restaurant industry while earning a degree in business finance. He gained skills in problem-solving, quick decision-making, and customer service, all of which he now uses while working with real estate clients. He started working in the field in 2021 and earned his California real estate license in 2022. He is a fast learner and is excited to be a part of Keystone’s highly successful team.
 
Dylan currently lives in Irvine, and besides serving his local market, he also focuses on Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, and Newport Beach. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking, running, networking, and trying local restaurants.
