Kelsey Nelson discovered that real estate was her calling through her passion for people, community, and design. Having started her career working for her aunt’s real estate team, she is proud to continue her family’s legacy in the Sacramento and Placer County markets.
 
For Kelsey, real estate is all about helping people thrive, and because she understands the industry inside and out, she knows how it transforms lives. As such, Kelsey approaches every person with authenticity, integrity, and her innate creativity, which helps her curate custom solutions for each client’s unique needs.
 
With her trademark positive mindset and personal experience in team management, interior design, and home renovations, Kelsey has broad industry expertise that makes her an excellent resource for all demographics, from first-time buyers and sellers to retirees and relocators. No matter her client’s goals, she values the opportunity to help them transition into the next chapter of their lives.
 
Kelsey is dedicated to empowering others and giving back to her community. She has served as the vice-chair of the Placer County Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network, president-elect of Placer County Women’s Council of Realtors®, and as an Advisory Board member of the California Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network.
 
Prior to earning her real estate license, Kelsey studied social sciences and urban planning. Kelsey enjoys taking advantage of everything the Sacramento region has to offer, from visiting museums and attending concerts and community events to exploring local restaurants. She also loves creating ceramic art, practicing yoga, decorating, and hiking with her dog, Spock.
