Nailah Elhadary grew up in Arcadia, California. She attended California State University, Los Angeles to earn a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders and pursue a career in speech pathology. But after college, she had a change of heart: She left academia and became a real estate professional to help people build generational wealth.
 
Nailah’s energy and enthusiasm are what you might expect of an NCAA Division II soccer player. “Being a collegiate athlete has taught me things that I would not have learned anywhere else,” she said. “I learned the value of hard work, teamwork, determination, time management, and responsibility.”
 
Those core values, combined with the patience, strong listening skills, and perseverance gained from her college studies, are manifest in Nailah’s client relationships. “I love meeting new people and working with a lot of unique personalities,” she said. She’s especially fond of young, first-time homebuyers. She loves sharing in their excitement as she hands over the keys to their dream home.
 
Away from work, Nailah stays active in sports by playing soccer and volleyball and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Bubbly and high-energy, she loves hosting dinner parties.
